The second season of the musical comedy-drama television series Glee premiered on September 21, 2010 on Fox in the United States. The season airs in the 8 pm (ET) time slot on Tuesdays. The 22-episode season is being produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Ryan Murphy Television, with series creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk as executive producers, alongside Dante Di Loreto. The series focuses on a high school glee club called New Directions, set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. Season two follows the club through sectional and regional show choir competitions to the national competition in New York City.
In Glee Season 2 Episode 17, New Directions signs on to help another McKinley High club to raise funds. However, Sue is out to sabotage their efforts. No surprise there. Meanwhile, the glee club is focusing on Nationals, and it looks like Vocal Adrenaline is back in the picture. Charice returns as Sunshine Corazon, singing 'All By Myself,' a song that the 18-year-old has performed many times in concert.
Glee Season 2 Episode 17 - A Night of Neglect Synopsis. Fresh off their Regionals' victory the Glee club focuses on their next challenge: winning Nationals. Meanwhile Sue gathers a team to destroy New Directions which involves Vocal Adrenaline. Proving that birds of a feather flock together, when another under-the-radar club at McKinley High needs helps raising funds, the glee club signs up to help. But when Sue hears about the show of support, she moves quickly to put a kibosh on it. Meanwhile, relationships are tested and big decisions will be made in the all-new “A Night of Neglect” episode of GLEE. Holly Holliday (Gwyneth Paltrow) will reportedly sing Adele’s Turning Tables.
